Hysteria is an italian contemporary art gallery that epitomizes an irreverent and inquisitive artistic spirit. It captures the essence of bold creativity, challenging conventions while gracefully embracing the concept of beauty. The art gallery operates primarily online, offering a curated selection of art without a physical gallery space.
My role involved enhancing the gallery's image across various platforms, from social media to events and publications. I aimed to capture the essence of each artwork while honoring the artist's contribution. As the gallery operated primarily online, I focused on creating a cohesive virtual ambiance, making the artwork more commercially appealing without compromising its individuality.

Presenting both the artist and their work proved to be a significant challenge and, concurrently, an opportunity that emerged within the creative process. Since the gallery lacked a physical space and operated primarily through e-commerce and digital platforms, my task was to infuse a sense of physical ambiance into the virtual realm. This involved presenting the artwork in a more commercial and user-friendly manner, making it inherently more captivating.
The gallery's digital presence included various images of paintings lacking cohesion. I worked to unify these elements while preserving each piece's individuality, requiring creative skills such as collage techniques, montages, mock-ups, and videos.

In these collages, everything in the image originates from the artist's work: the texture of clothing matches the canvas pattern, elements are fragments of the artwork itself, resulting in a perfect match and a harmonious atmosphere between the artist and their creation.
The duality between the nebulous, dark, and questioning aspect found in some artworks and artists of the gallery starkly contrasts with the fun and colorful atmosphere of others. While some pieces provoke deep reflections and challenge conventions, others offer a lighter and more joyful perspective, creating an intriguing balance of sensations and emotions within the space.
